If you've achieved how the quality of the achievement of these activities, if not yet achieved of how the action plan have been made which have not been achieved, why the action plan has not been reached, is there any other factors that influence the failure of the program.
To determine how far the program target has been reached, which makes the benchmark is a goal that has been formulated in the planning stages prior activities.
Objective evaluation was to determine the success of a program. Sebagimana proposed by Ansyar (1989: 134) that ". The evaluation has one main goal yatu to determine the success or failure of a program" Teachers are the most important status dala teaching and learning, because teachers hold a very important task, namely to set and drive classroom activities. To make the learning process more effective then the task of teachers is to create a classroom atmosphere conducive to pembelajara. To create a conducive atmosphere of the class needs to be designed teaching programs. The success or failure of a teaching program, certainly can not be known simply, in the absence of program evaluation.
